Managing multiple entities?

If you need to use multiple folders in Datamolino to organise documents for multiple entities, locations or projects, contact our support to discuss a bespoke plan or choose a multi-entity plan in our Accountancy pricing.

Processing bank statements?

In addition to Bills & Receipts, Business user plans allow you to process PDFs of Bank Statements.

The price for processing Bank Statements on the Business plan is £0.70 / $0.80 / €0.80 / A$1.20. The subscription cost can be used to cover bank statement processing fees.

All prices are listed as VAT exclusive. Datamolino charges the price in USD, GBP, AUD and EUR, other currencies are for reference only. For clients from the EU providing a valid VAT No. the billed services are subject to the reverse charge – VAT to be accounted for by the recipient as per Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. For any clients from EU not providing a valid VAT No. the local VAT tax rate relevant to their country of origin will be applied.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in my plan?

All Datamolino plans come with unlimited clients (folders) and users, and you’ll have access to all our tools and functionalities.

If you’re looking to use line items, a specific plan is required. Bank statement extraction and auto-split are available on every Datamolino plan, but an additional charge applies.

What happens to unused documents? Do they roll over?

At this time, unused documents do not roll over to the next month.

How many users can I invite to collaborate in my account?

You can invite as many users as you need. There are no extra charges for users.

Can I cancel my paid subscription at any time?

Yes. The subscription is a monthly subscription.

How many companies can I connect to the Business plan?

The Business plan can serve one company. If you need to manage multiple entities, use our Accountancy plans or ask our support to help you choose a plan for your needs.

What happens when I go over the limit of my user plan?

If you exceed your plan’s limit, an additional fee applies for each extra document. To best manage costs, we recommend selecting a plan that covers your monthly transactions.

In your Account management settings you can find the detailed fee breakdown for your user plan.

What types of payment do you accept?

Direct Debit through GoCardless.

We also accept credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa) via Braintree, a secure payment gateway.

Is there a difference between a Trial and Paid subscription?

The trial version offers all features with a document limit.

Once the trial ends and you choose a paid subscription, you can seamlessly continue using your account. All data processed during the trial remains securely stored and accessible.
